Our sales person was straight forward and informative. I assumed we would just take a test ride in the parking lot but we actually went out into the neighborhood, which was cool. There was no pressure to purchase. And we ended up buying two bikes instead of just the one we planned on purchasing! Overall a great experience!

Very fast turn around and exactly what I needed
Service Manager (Derrick?) checked out the bike when I dropped it off and did a thorough inspection before I left. He produced a quote so there was no surprises when I picked it up. Purchased a helmet that was on sale that seemed like good value. All the shop staff was friendly and helpful.
The turn around time to install a new SRAM 12 speed chain on my 2022 Emonda SL7 eTap was done much sooner than expected. Staff is very helpful and friendly.
Manny did an awesome job at explaining the product and the assisted services that Jax provides. When picking up the bikes the staff were also friendly and patient. I will defiantly be recommending the store not just because of their product but because of their great customer service.
