It was the first time we visited Jax Bicycle Center. When you enter the center you feel like you are welcome and comfortable like home. We went to see the place because we passed by that center. But since the staff made us comfortable and friendly we already feel like we want to go there every time we go to Claremont. Great place if you are bicycle enthusiastic.

Manny did an awesome job at explaining the product and the assisted services that Jax provides. When picking up the bikes the staff were also friendly and patient. I will defiantly be recommending the store not just because of their product but because of their great customer service.

Our sales person was straight forward and informative. I assumed we would just take a test ride in the parking lot but we actually went out into the neighborhood, which was cool. There was no pressure to purchase. And we ended up buying two bikes instead of just the one we planned on purchasing! Overall a great experience!

I liked Craig because he was not pushy at all and helped me get the right bike for me. He spent a lot of time helping me and was very patient with me. I also liked that you had such a great selection of bikes, especially Treks.
Jax San Clemente help me get the right parts for my bike and had them in stock. Some shops focus only on selling complete bikes. This shop has a great inventory of bikes along with a solid parts and service offering.
