Jose was freakin amazing! He went above and beyond to help my wife and I to figure out the start and finish to installing a hitch, bike rack, and getting our bikes tuned up for our trip. We kind of left everything at the last minute, but Jose helped up plan each day of when to get each part installed and when we could bring the bikes in. He was super quick, but thoughtful when we had to leave for our trip. I cannot recommend him more and definitely think he should be lined up for a promotion there. Thanks Jose!

Went in to repair a flat on my son’s bike. We had purchased the lifetime flat package for his bike at initial purchase. The service went very quickly and the representatives were helpful. I was in and out of the shop within 10 minutes.
It was my first time in the shop as my kid's bike had its first flat tire. Craig helped me get the bike out of my car and determined it needed a new tube.
He did a whole inspection of the bike and included my son in every step of the process. It was very educational for him and he loved helping out!! Craig also carried the bike out to my car and loaded it back up.
I'd definitely recommend Jax to anyone looking for great, friendly service. Ask for Craig, he was awesome!

I buy a beach cruzer Elantra bicycle a year ago, I like the bicycle. The bicycle is great, also for the bicycle seat is very important, so my bicycle has very comfortable seat. The sales person very helpful and knowledgeable and friendly, also a few times I took my bike for repairs and the bike service guys are super nice and helpful and great service.

Popped in as I am looking to upgrade to a new road bike (I'm currently riding a Cannondale Supersix Evo). I never thought I'd have an interest in a Trek but I did my research & knew exactly what I wanted to test out. Johnny was extremely knowledgeable, attentive, helpful & took great care of me! He educated me & watched my every move when test riding to ensure the size & fit were right.
I've been shopping at & going to Jax for maintenance close to a decade now (primarily HB & Anaheim) & have never been let down, Johnny's definitely upholding their reputation!
I'm not gonna lie, I have this weird sentimental relationship with Cannondales. I thought I was dead set on upgrading to a newer one at another shop but I left Jax this afternoon putting a deposit down on a Trek & couldn't be happier!
I'll update my review after I pick my bike up in a few weeks! Thanks Johnny, you're the man!
