Came in yesterday and walked into 2 other bike shops and not one person greeted us. Walked into Jax and the entire staff acknowledges your presence and asks how they can be of assistance. My wife needed a rear basket and we needed some cup holders for our E-bikes and they showed us all of our options and not only did they show they installed them for us right there on the spot. Great service and great selection, this will be the only Bike shop we spend our money in!

I took my 9.6 ProCaliber in for a bearing noise, they replaced the bottom bracket, but when I rode it the noise was still there (Carbon Fibre bikes can be difficult to troubleshoot). They prioritized the follow up repair, cleaned & lubed the hub assembly, and had it ready the next day. Fix successful - good job guys!
