Vendor knowledge
Took my bike in to have flat fixed. Jesse checked for leak but couldn't find one but installed new tube just in case. He discovered that there was no liner in tire even though there was supposed to be one. He installed liner and put wheel back on. Since I had purchased flat repair package with the bike, there was no charge. Service was very professional and fast.
Jax in San Clemente is my bike shop. Lee and Jason are very friendly and attentive to my needs. Been going there for years. They respect the cycling culture of… we love to ride.
