I bought in two e-bike to have tires fixed and brakes tuned up. The Huntington Beach location team went above and beyond for me. Misty and her stellar customer service had me in awe. She came to me with her bike rack to pickup my two broke down bikes, we took them to the shop, got all my bike issues fixed in a few days and even helped get my bikes back home. The other location I’ve worked with in the past would not have done that for me. I’m so thankful for for the amazing staff in HB.

I’ve been a customer of the Jax Murrieta store for so long that I honestly can’t recall when I first walked through the door. From that very first visit, I was met with friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable service.
There have been countless occasions over the years when the team has gone above and beyond to provide exceptional support—not just for me, but for every customer who comes in. Their commitment to high-quality service is consistent, genuine, and something I see every time I’m in the store.
I’ve also had the privilege of sharing many miles on the road with some of the staff, and over time I’ve come to consider them friends. After numerous service visits, bike purchases, and even casual drop-ins, my respect for the team at this location has only continued to grow.

Great service and selection at the store
You have pretty much everything there in the store. And, if you don’t have it, you can get it pretty quickly. But the best part, is the staff! We love talking to Jeff, he’s super smart, and has first hand experience (information) when speaking about bikes! We’ve also spoken to other staff members there, that are pretty sharp, and personable, as well.

Have used the service department guys for several years and they gave always delivered. They fix what needs fixing and get me back on the road. They always deliver my repaired bike on time. This bike shop is great! I am new to the area and brought in my e-bike for service before a trip to do a lot of riding. Jax’s techs found more problems than I expected so needed to keep it longer. When I explained I needed it back before my trip, they “double teamed” it and got it repaired in time for my trip. They even showed me some great places to ride close to Temecula. Great service!!!
