Good knowledge and repair skills
I went into Jax’s desperately looking for some help finding a charger for my E bike after the company went out of business and I was no longer to order a charger from them. I had visited several other stores and nobody really wanted to help or put the time and effort in to locate a charger that would work. I was fortunate to be helped by Andreas who was willing to help and did research to find a charger that was compatible with my bike. He went way above and beyond and I am so thankful to him.

Amazing customer service!!! The employees were kind and very knowledgeable about their bikes. They were able to find 2 e-bikes on sale and in stock at another location and have them shipped the next day to the Huntington Beach store. All of the searching and phone calls to arrange bike transfers took place after closing too. I would definitely recommend.
