We were in need of a basket for my wife's bike. They definitely has plenty of options. The woman who assisted us was great. Very friendly. She helped us choose a basket and even offered to put the basket on. Very cool. She put on the new basket and off we went. So nice to see there is still great customer service out there. Will definitely visit again if we need any additional parts.
The staff member who assisted us in selecting our bikes was very helpful and a pleasure to work with. We did not feel rushed to make a decision. Overall, the customer service was excellent, and all employees were friendly and helpful.
The staff are excellent. They are friendly and helpful. I ordered a Trek Ponto go E bike. They had it delivered and put together for me and ready to pick up.
