I bought a bike basket on sale and got my gears fixed. The staff was extremely friendly and even put the basket on my bike. Didn’t ask them to do it, they brought it upon themselves. Probably because I looked really tired since I had to walk my bike a few miles haha. Great

We didn’t feel the bike was checked out 100%. My son felt like there are stiill some issues. I am happy that at least some effort was provided.
I purchased my beach cruiser from Jax over 20 years ago. I brought it in for a maintenance check for the first time. Staff was knowledgeable, figured out and corrected a noise my back tire was making against a part. I was very pleased with the service!!

The customer service
I like using Jax; I think the people there are really nice and knowledgeable, the prices are good, and if something isn’t available in store they will ship it pretty quickly. My biggest complaint is that, whenever I order a part online and have it shipped to the store, the store never reaches out to let me know it has arrived. I end up calling a day or two after its expected delivery date to confirm it has arrived.
