Awesome group of dudes. First of all the place was busy which to me that’s a great sign and second they were so busy that they couldn’t get to my bike tires in time so the manager took care of the tire swap for me, which I understood waiting was part of the game, but I thought that was really above and beyond and appreciated their efforts in getting me in and out as fast as possible, even though all their techs were busy and there was a line waiting. Would happily shop here again.

We lost all of our bikes and accessories in the January 2025 Altadena fire. We needed everything cycling!
Johnny at Jax Laguna Niguel was very competent and helpful. He helped us get back into cycling with the latest (but most appropriate quality/price level) bikes, helmets, and accessories. Thanks to Jax we are riding again.

I’m from out San Clemente and road my ebike to HB pier, upon arriving my tube exploded. We pushed the bike to Rad bikes and the turned me down! So… pushed the bike 5 more blocks to JAX, I wasn’t sure if they would fix my tube because I was turned down before at JAX San Clemente. However, Jesse was absolutely wonderful and told me 1-3 hours and he called me within an hour! Thank you so… much!!! Scott Johnson
