Jax’s Bikes never lets me down. II took my e-bike to a competing bike shop across the street from Jax to fix repair my hydraulic brakes. They sent me across the street to Jax because they said that they could do it better and faster.
Jax took my bike in right away and said that they would take a look and call me later in the day and give me an idea what would be involved. I received a text message and an email on my phone two hours later saying that the bike was repaired and ready for pick up. They saved my vacation at the beach and we were able to continue with our plans on lengthy bike rides along the beach, and the price was much less than what I was expecting. They were friendly, prompt, efficient, and reasonable with their pricing. I highly recommend the Jax bicycle chain for any needed repair or maintenance on your bikes and if you’re in the market for a new one, I would definitely go there. Their selection was huge and pricing was competitive. Very professional.!
