Took my bike in to have flat fixed. Jesse checked for leak but couldn't find one but installed new tube just in case. He discovered that there was no liner in tire even though there was supposed to be one. He installed liner and put wheel back on. Since I had purchased flat repair package with the bike, there was no charge. Service was very professional and fast.
Great Service. Communication was great. Purchased a Trek Domane AL2 Gen4. They gave me good info and communicated during transfer of my bike from another store. I went to a neighboring city bike shop and was not happy with customer service and advice.
