The Bosch firmware upgrade on my e-bike had failed and JAX in Long Beach was an authorized service center. I went there on Sunday afternoon and they were able to upgrade the firmware to get my bike hoing again.

Jesse was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He went out of his way to help us with everything, from getting the bike out of the car to helping install a mirror, and more. Everyone at the shop was very friendly. They even liked and welcomed my dog, Cash, and gave him cookies, too. We will definitely continue to visit Jax for all of our biking related needs!

Awesome group of dudes. First of all the place was busy which to me that’s a great sign and second they were so busy that they couldn’t get to my bike tires in time so the manager took care of the tire swap for me, which I understood waiting was part of the game, but I thought that was really above and beyond and appreciated their efforts in getting me in and out as fast as possible, even though all their techs were busy and there was a line waiting. Would happily shop here again.

Great experience testing out and buying a newTrek Domane road bike.
Anders was extremely helpful in explaing the features and taking me on a test ride. He was extremely knowledgable and made me feel comfortable with my purchase decision.
He even recommended a great set of 50mm carbon wheels that he installed on the bike.
Would definitely come back and would recommend this shop to others.
