Went in for a low air on my tubeless and were super helpful. No pressure to upsell when I'm trying to make my first use of my lifetime flat tire special. Appreciate that. Definitely made me buy something else because was not charged for airing and adding more sealant!

So appreciated all the time they took to make sure I could properly operate and get in and out of the car with taking off the wheel etc with my new bike. They even worked an additional hour after closing time to make this happen. I am so excited about my new bike and I am 73 lol! Thank you so much! I am loving this new bike!!!!!

I came in with a concern for a second opinion on a brake job I recently had done on my e-bike.
After talking with the shop that performed the services they were trying to gouged me for another expensive repair to fix my concern. I decided to get a second opinion and stop by to speak to Andrew & sarge (Craig) in which took the time to understand what had been done. They took apart my bike and offered me a solution that ultimately I felt comfortable doing. Not only did they save me money, but also spoke to me on a level that I could understand because I’m more familiar with car parts. I’m still new to this bike world so I think them for being so professional and kind and helpful and I definitely will recommend anyone that I know that rides bikes or wants to get into biking to go to these guys.
