I recently visited Jax Bicycles and had David help me from the moment I walked in. I explained that I was looking for a bicycle primarily for commuting to work, and he immediately started showing me budget-friendly options that fit my needs.
David never hesitated to answer any questions I had and took the time to explain the specifications of each bike. He even asked if I wanted to test ride one and personally rode alongside me to make sure the bike felt comfortable and was the right fit.
Throughout the process, he asked about my cycling journey and genuinely seemed interested in helping me find the best option. What stood out most was that he never once tried to upsell me. Instead, he focused on finding what worked best for me, which I really appreciated.
He also informed me about a tube and tire protection offer that made sense for my commuting needs, so I decided to take advantage of it. The pricing was fair, and when I purchased accessories, he even offered to install them for me.
David maintained a positive attitude the entire time, always smiling and providing friendly, professional service. This was one of the best bike-buying experiences I’ve had, and I would highly recommend David to any of my friends or anyone looking for excellent customer service.

I have been looking at emountain bikes for the last 2 years, and I just wandered into Jax thinking I would look around and see what thay had. The Trek Rail caught my eye, I liked how it looked and the Bosch motor system. It was also priced attractively. But what made the sale was your employee "John". He was so knowledable and enthusiastic about riding! He really took some time to listen to me, make suggestions and got me out on a test ride. Applying for the financing was quick and easy. Boom..Next thing I know I am the owner of a TREK! I "thought" I wouldn't be happy with anything but a Specialized because I've been following them and pricing both new and used bikes for the last 2 years without finding anything that I felt confident in or could afford! Also, some other local shops were just not very friendly to me when I would come in asking questions.. I'm an older rider and female, and it just felt like the guys were interested in talking to me. I would wander back out feeling frustrated and disappointed...and more importantly....NOT sold on a bike. Your man John made the sale with excellent customer service and attention to details...MY details... that made me feel seen and heard and encouraged. So. Guess I'm a Trek girl now! Thank You Guys!! I'm thrilled with my new bike!

I had an old Bontrager wheel with a broken freehub that I couldn't locate so I went to Jax HB and they were able to find the replacement freehub.

Paul was amazing (I think thats his name, I believe he was my initial consult to get my bike fixed and helped when I picked it up). He answered all my questions about my bike, suggested a new product, was patient with all my questions about my bike and product use. Ill definitely be back again
I bought my first bike, a Trek, here in 1996. Over the years, I have brought my bike in for tune ups and repairs. Happy to come back now, 30 years later, with my husband, and buy 2 Townies. Anders was wonderfully helpful and knowledgeable. The ride around the neighborhood sealed the deal. We'll be back for accessories and tune ups. Best bike shop in town!
