This shop did not suck.
Unfortunately, I got a flat tire the other day. Walked my bike into JAX and was greeted quickly my the cashier. He directed me to the back where the mechanic took hold of my problem. Basically fixed my bike in (20) minutes and had my bike back on the pavement!!!

The manager that helped my son with his flat tire was so kind to us and worked quickly to get him on his way. He even noticed that his front tire was loose and he tightened it and told my son to be careful because of all the theft we have in our area. So happy that we had bought the flat service, though we havent had to use it, thank goodness, its so nice to have when we need it. Thank you Jax.
