Very professional and and patient with the customer. They gave me the information about the problem with my fork and gave me the options on how to get it fixed. They sent my fork to the factory to get it fixed under warranty and contacted me when it was all done. I've always taken my bike to this shop even when theres a bike shop thats closer to me whenever I have issues with my bike and they always helped me out. They are very reliable. Highly recommended

Jax is the best bike shop in the region. Great staff, and they know a lot. Helpful to beginners and seasoned cyclists, and for whatever reasons from recreation to commuting. The owner Dave Hanson actually hand-delivered by special needs daughter's three-wheeler, which is one of the best forms of exercise she gets. And the Yorba Linda and Long Beach shops are full of helpful staff. Get in and check 'em out!
Great friendly service and location
The folks at Jax Bicycle Center in Murrieta were great! They did their best to answer all the questions I had, admitted when they didn't know an answer, and looked for answers from others. They made it easy for me to try two different sizes to help me figure out which one is for me. They also didn't pressure me into any decision and let me take my time when I asked for it. And they even had the bike setup tubeless so I didn't have to do the conversion myself.
There are many styles of bikes to choose from and the services that are provided are good as well.

The work done to restore my Fuji Cross bike was exemplary. I would have to say it now performs better then when it was brand new, which makes me think it was never assembled or tuned to the exacting standards of the Jax mechanics.
