Don, the Customer Service Manager was excellent. He was kind and generous with his time. I had a bike seat that I wanted to return but I couldn’t get the fastened bolt off the bike pole but Don asked me to bring it in and proceeded to go above and beyond to assist me with the return. I definitely will be coming back to Jax Bicycles of Irvine because of his kindness’s abs professionalism. Thank you Don!!!

I was looking for a bicycle seat for my husband. One of the employees (I think his name was Joseph, but I'm not sure) was very helpful. He showed me the perfect seat. He also answered other questions I had as well. He was very helpful.

Staff is amazing!! They squeezed my bike service in at the absolute last minute when I needed it fixed by the very next morning. They were professional, courteous, and so easy to work with. Also fixed my bike right up. I would go here again in a second!
