Don and his team went above and beyond in helping to repair my 2012 Madone 6.2. Due to the age of the bike, a front chain ring wasn’t readily available. Don searched the internet and was able to locate a replacement. The repairs were done quickly and professionally and at a reasonable price. I am extremely happy with the results! Highly recommend Jax Bicycle Center-Irvine.

Unbelievable service. I bought a used bike and took it in to get it looked at and brakes fixed. They weren’t upset that I didn’t buy a bike from their shop and graciously looked over everything and got the bike riding like new. Awesome people all around. Really appreciate their help and joy for riding.

I have had my bike in for service a couple of times for different areas that needed attention. Each time I was greeted with a welcome, a explanation of the problem, cost and date the bike will be ready! Great job Jax!

Great service ever time I bring my bike in for maintenance. The service department always finds the right parts to fit my bike. It does very clean repairs and replacements. They have also given me great advice on locks and accessories for my bicycle.
