Every time we come into the store we are greeted and provided exceptional service. I cannot say it enough. My daughter is starting cycling as a newbie and the time and patience the techs give her to explain things are well beyond their jobs. This last encounter blew me away. The gentleman not only installed pedals we needed but took time to take us out in the back and show how they work with the shoes. It may seem so simple but it has been the reason she has not given up on this sport. I believe his name was David. Thank you to him and everyone. We will be back again!
The service we were provided from Jax was above and beyond. From the education of a properly maintained bike, to assisting my wife home when we had forgotten the key to our bike. Every employee that we have interacted with has been outstanding. My 13 year old son has risen over multiple times and has always been greeted with kindness and the team there has helped him out also.
Sherrie was a pleasure to work with for the purchase of my new Domane+. She was very patient with all of the questions that I had.
