Hello, I purchased a Trek road bike from Paul Castellanos. Paul is an excellent sales person with extensive knowledge about Trek road bikes. After Paul presented me with all the specifications about the bike and a test ride, I was ready to purchase the bike. Also I purchased some extra equipment along with some jerseys and tights. I will always visit the store from time to time to look for bike extras.

My 2005 purchased Montague MTB was not proper mantained for yrs. Finally bring to the Jax at Irvine. THey did a good job on bringing it back to life. the quality of work is reliable. will be visiting again in the future.
Customer Service very sensitive to my needs. I rode my bike in to purchase the speaker/bell and had only an American Express credit card on me. Though he first said that Jax didn't accept AM EX, because it was all I had and I had cycled there, he took it.
