The entire process was smooth from first walking into the store to the final purchase. I was assisted by customer service quickly. After answering a few carefully selected questions, I was guided to a bicycle that was right for me regarding size, use, weight, etc. I left the store because I wanted to think about the purchase and went on the website. I found a bike on their website that looked similar to the bike in the shop but the price was significantly less. I called the person that assisted me. He checked the 2 bikes and as it turns out, they were the same. Because I wanted the lower priced bike, he searched inventory, found the bike in another location, and had it retrieved and ready for me to pick up the very same day.
