Great selection of merchandise. I especially appreciate the service I received when picking out a bicycle helmet. I had no idea of where to start with choosing a helmet. David explained the differences between the helmets safety features and fit. He was very patient while I tried on several helmets on for comfort. He never tried to rush me nor try to get me to purchase a helmet out of my price range. I appreciate the professionalism at Jax Bicycle Center.

Upon my arrival, your personnel were business-like yet personable. The problems with my bike were quickly assessed and adequately explained to me. Recommendations were made without any pressure applied. All costs were upfront and seemed to be fair. I was told that the work would take two days and it took two days. 28 hours after I brought my bike in, I was contacted by phone and text that the work had been completed. Your personnel showed me exactly what work had been done and loaded it into my SUV. The following morning, I took my bike out for a ride and all of my concerns had been adequately resolved. I have owned this bike for five years and have only used JAX for repairs. I have always been pleased with the service I’ve received, your workmanship, and pricing, and that is precisely why I’m a return customer.

I appreciated how hard the mechanics worked for me when they really didn't have to. They were super friendly and went above and beyond to help me out.
We were looking for a bike for our 12 yr old son. Found Jax bike shop, we were greeted when we walked in, staff was very friendly and knowledgeable, they tolerated my younger boys touching all the bikes. We purchased the bike that we wanted. Look forward to more purchases here in the future.
