The service here was above and beyond what I have dealt with from other bike shops. I didn’t feel like I was rushed along and not being heard about my needs. They tried to accommodate me to the best of their abilities. I was given all the information needed to make the best choice for my situation. I didn’t feel like they where to busy to deal with me. Very clean and organized store and staff looked alert and well groomed ready to work. Everyone I spoke to was super polite and helpful and I will for sure be returning

Staff very helpful (Anthony) in the Fullerton store took a lot of time to explain products and answer all of my questions. Even though my bike took much longer than expected for service and some brake work, I wasn't in any rush and was kept informed the whole way through the process. It's how customer service SHOULD be!
