The customer service from Don was the best. I bought my Trek bike from Jax and this was its first tune up and tire replacement. I couldn’t believe how new my bike looked with all the components cleaned up and working properly. Clay even stayed late to put on a new back tire when I decided I wanted to have the front and back tires match. Don was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. It was a pleasure doing business here.
Jesse is amazing. He went above and beyond to teach me how to take care of my bike and despite of his busy day, he gave me time and handled my concerns.

Well products and services are two completely different questions, while everyone of the people I dealt with during the entire process were great and I do love the Townie bicycle I did get I am still a bit confused that I could not just get a good old fashioned " Beach Cruiser" from what I have always thought of as " The Place" for beach cruisers in Southern California. Having said that I have been a long time customer of Jax Bicycles and will continue to be that as well as send anyone your way who is interested in getting a bike!! Jim Armstrong

Have been to other bike shops and nothing compares to the knowledge and experience the employess have here. It's nice to have somewhere you can go to ask a question about a product or even places to ride and know that you can trust it.
Was pleased with the overall service. Only one minor issue, I was told the repair would take an hour but after waiting it wasn’t completed until the next day.
