There was store parking.(car parking, I am ashamed to say I drove there.) I was greeted as soon as I came in the door, which was great because I was on a mission to find cycling shoes and had little time to spare. The people were helpful and allowed me to shop at my own pace...which is slow and thoughtful, yes I know there is a time limit, albeit self imposed. I had a pleasant experience, but I wasn't able to walk the whole store due to time constraints of my own devise. The open uncluttered shopping area was welcoming to ambulation by it's layout. I can imagine young children test riding bikes within the shop. I will return and spend more time there and if like my initial visit this return visit is similar, then I am more likely to be offered a deal that I cannot pass up. 50% off cycling shoes that fit!? Yes please. support local! ride your bike!
Jax is great! Helpful staff. Had my tubes replaced. They promised it to me the next day. It was ready in 2 hours!

I like that they know what they are talking about when I don't know what it is I am talking about when it comes to bikes. They are friendly and the prices can't be beat. They are always fast I am always in and out within the same day I have went to other bike shops and was very displeased with the service and the work done on my husband bike but I went to jax and will never go anywhere else again
