Andrew was great (im pretty sure that was his name) i think he worked there the last time i got a bike like 5 years ago. But I already knew it was the place to go because ive done business with them before. Highly recommend, the mechanic also did a great job on my bikes tune up it is like new.

I stopped by Jay’s Bike Shop in Yorba Linda about 45 minutes before closing, hoping to get my daughter’s bike repaired for “Bike to School Day” the next morning. Honestly, I wasn’t expecting much that late in the day — maybe to be turned away or told to come back another time. But instead, I was met with kindness, professionalism, and true generosity.
Both gentlemen working that evening were absolutely outstanding. Not only did they welcome me in without hesitation, but they also went above and beyond to make sure the bike was in perfect shape for the next day. They didn’t rush through it or try to sell me anything unnecessary. They genuinely cared, took the time to explain what they were doing, and even made sure everything was safe and comfortable for my daughter. Their knowledge, customer service, and attitude were top-notch.
I rarely take the time to write reviews, but I left the shop feeling so grateful and impressed that I had to share. These guys deserve recognition. It’s refreshing to see a small business that truly values people and goes the extra mile. Jay’s Bike Shop has definitely earned my respect — and my repeat business.
