You guys are awesome. I had a flat tire on my fat tire Ebike all the shops that I usually go to were closed. It was Labor Day weekend so I drove down to Huntington Beach to Rad bicycle shop. Their service department was closed. They sent me to.Jaxs just down the street and they were happy to serve me. They had a lot of business that day good for them. They deserve it. They took care of me right away and I was on my way with under an hour. Thank you I still got to enjoy my Labor Day weekend.
Bike accessories and local knowledge. This location once had a staff member who taught me how to use clips to ride - he took me out to the parking lot to instruct me. Very generous usage of his time. I am forever grateful.
I brought my bike tire in for a flat repair. They repaired it in about 10 minutes. Then one of the guys from the service area showed me a bike, discussed bikes with me and area rides and trails. He was very welcoming and informative. When I’m ready to buy a new bike, accessories, apparel or service I’ll go back to Jax.

Everyone at the store is consistently friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable. Over the years, I have brought in several bicycles for repair and have always been impressed with the service. Most recently, I purchased a new bike from Jax, and I couldn’t be happier with its quality, performance, and overall value.

They had a great price on some e bikes. We called with questions and Wyatt spent some time with us answering all the questions we had. We never felt hurried. We went in and purchased our bikes an HOUR LATER.

I like that you were flexible in supporting a long-time customer regarding bicycle repairs. I bought a tire repair package for one of my bikes, but a different bike required service. The tires and rims I purchased were basically falling apart 14 months after purchase. Your sales guy prorated a discount for new tires, offered a tire package for the other bike, and made the whole experience worth the value. This is how you drive customer loyalty.
Service was excellent, didn't feel rushed or pressured.
Both Vince and Wyatt were very helpful in finding a solution for my bike handlebars. They realized they could flip my stem to bring the bars closer to me, which will make my riding experience much more comfortable and ergonomically better. Now I can start training again!
