Everybody who works there is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I knew nothing about bikes and biking equipment, the selection is huge,almost overwhelming, but Jeff and Michael took their time and explained everything to me and answered all my questions. I never felt pressured and it's the first time I bought something costly but felt really so good about it. Thank you to Jax-Fullerton.
This was my wife’s and my first time at Jax’s. The customer service was great and they went above and beyond making us feel welcomed and answering our questions. No less than four different store employees asked how they could help us. We will be returning for additional bicycle needs!
The team in Chino Hills are very friendly and knowledgeable. From my first trip in the store when I had questions on tubes and tires they were very helpful. I decided to buy our first bike there and am very happy with the sale and service. I will go there for our next bike.
