Both customer service for sales and maintenance is awesome. My dude Ty and Sheryl ( sorry if I missed pronounced her name) are great with providing my the right bikes and not being pushy on just selling me anything. They took time and care to get me what I want for everybody with the description I gave them. Ty is always friendly and informative when I came back. Give it up to Jeff and Johnathan at service side for taking time to teach us about our bikes and spreading there knowledge on how for us to keep our bikes in great shape. The staff at Jax were friendly , helpful and informative. It is a great store to come to. I use my e-bike to commute daily to work. They were helpful in getting me back on the road again. It is one thing to have a great bike... but it is essential to be at a great shop with great staff that helps you keep that bike running great!

Service was explained thoroughly and I was given the options of the price ranges involved with the service/repair I had requested. This approach was very helpful and certainly how I like to make a decision by not being pigeon holed into one service, one cost and that’s it. Great service, timely repair and being a daily rider I’m sure Jax will see me again in the future.

Friendly convenient and fast
Bike mechanic (sadly don’t know his name but was working Tuesday morning 2/1) was extremely helpful. I came in first thing in the morning on a 450 mile tour with gear shift problems and he fixed them, explained to me what was going on, and helped me put a new touring rack on my bike. Super helpful and much appreciated.
I had a flat tire on my bike ,which I had bought 3 days before, that I purchased from Jax in Fullerton. I had purchased the flatpack but didn't know if it was an issue. Anyway took it in and they were great,very friendly and they got right on it. I went and got some coffee and they text that it was ready in about 15 minutes! This Jax in Claremont is closer to where I live so they will be my go to for service.
The store has a small town feel but offers a variety of different bikes, bike parts. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and patient with questions
