I went to the Murrieta shop just to buy some tires for my Trek Rail 9.8 and ended up buying the SRAM xx1 Eagle AXS group set as well. The manager John & Tech Jeff were so helpful in answering my million questions. (I hope I got their names right) Picked up my bike the same day and could not be happier with how everything turned out.

Jax delivery was ahead of when they thought the trike would be ready because the amount of work it takes to put a muti geared trike to build. When my wife and I picked up the trike Joel made sure that we went home happy with our purchase with great customer care delivered. I will be purchasing for myself soon and I will be able to do so because of their trade in program.
