Manny was extremely helpful in guiding me to the correct Road bike for me. It was busy in the shop and he still took his time going on test rides with me. Unfortunately in my size bikes there was not a selection but he is searching and looking for a bike to purchase.
Austin and David were very helpful when I needed a quick turnaround for a tune-up. They explained what needed to be done on my bike and gave me the bike back, looking brand new in 24 hours. Thank you!

Haven't been to Jax in years prior experience was unacceptable. Decided to give them another chance and to my pleasant surprise it was great.
