The service from the staff at Jax is amazing....I have been there for service multiple times, and each time the rep. has been extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I would recommend them to anyone looking for new bikes or service on their existing ones.
Quick tern around of service !
The staff (particularly my main sales rep, Johnny) took a lot of time to make sure I was buying the right bike. He asked lots of questions and got to know what kind of rider I am, and never made me feel pressured to make a snap decision. After I made the purchase, the service team went over my bike thoroughly (again, asking me lots of questions) to make sure my bike was set up correctly for me. They went over everything with me to make sure I was familiar with the components (suspension, drivetrain, etc.). The whole experience made me feel very confident in my purchase.
The sales person I first encountered about buying a bike wasn't that informed and pretty much useless. I decided to keep my current bike and have it tuned up. The mechanic was fantastic and went over every issue my bike had and plenty of options to improve it. Great Experience.
