First time visiting. Both employees were very helpful and looked at my repair immediately. I browsed the store as they tended to my bike.
10 minutes later they came back and stated everything was fixed! They also stated there would not be a cost. I was surprised and elated at the timing and price. I then loaded my bike, when home, and suited up for a ride. Still feeling great about my experience at your store, I rode straight there; purchased a new helmet and glasses. No, I did not need either one right away, but the customer service was so high that I wanted to show my appreciation.
I am not sure if this is normal for your company and/or location. However, I will share this story numerous times and be back myself. You have gained a customer for life!

Had what I needed to repair a 25 year old MTB
I called about in store availability of an item, the clerk checked and set it aside for me to pick up. He also was familiar with it and answered some questions while on the phone. At the store another clerk helped and was friendly too. That's a big difference from the Jax of years ago.
I was immediately greeted and offered help.
I bought the flat back about three years ago. It sucks getting a flat but Jax always comes to the rescue. Thank you so much.

I had no problem navigating the website and ordering the item. Issues were related to shipping. But I understand that there is excessive rain conditions on the West Coast which the vendor has no control over. Spoke to a store representative. He was polite and efficient.
