Customer Testimonials
Best service depth of any bike shop
Here's the reasons I gave such a low score
I bought a new Trek fuel exe I spent over $8000 for a bicycle It was worth every cent it's an amazing e bike, But
Here's how I received the bike.
The assembly technician couldn't bother to charge it for me 20% charged
Didn't include the plug for the power supply (I couldn't charge it when I got home)
Before I was able to ride I had to adjust the derailer
The rear brake was so unaligned it deflected the rotor
The technician used Electrical tape to wrap wires together it looks ridiculous $8000 bike and black electrical tape used
There's several rusted bolts I took a picture of it. A brand new $8K bike and there were several rusted bolts not a big deal just very unprofessional it shows a disrespect for the customer.
The good news the sales associate Paul was awesome.
This was the 1st time I've been in this store and I will go back. The associates are extremely nice and helpful. But they need to tighten up the service technicians for sure.
They might have been very shorthanded or something like that this might just be a one off situation.
Friendly competent staff. Good value
Great products. Great Service!
Knowledgeable helpful staff here. Always have time for questions and really want customers to enjoy their cycling experience.
Quick service and had the right parts.
David and Luke redeemed your shop. They addressed all my prior grievances. I really like the bike and they took time to set up bike put, on my pedals, bottle holder, and put in liners. If this had been the case with first call all would have been great. I appreciate them taking time to listen to me.
My job was completed quickly.
You carry the brand tires I like.
The best team! Went above and beyond to fix my bike.
Good service prompt service they always put the customer first thank you Jax !.
Your customer service is the best. Thomas from the Fullerton store always has great advice, tips, and does an amazing job on repairs. The Fullerton JAX store is my first stop for all my biking needs!
It's the service as I am new to the products (new to biking in general). Jeff, Thomas, and Craig were very helpful. They all went in depth about different processes, giving me tips and advice on riding my first road bike.
When I first entered the store, I was greeted by Jeff, and he asked me a few questions about what I was looking for. Honestly, I had no idea! I wanted a street bike and that's all I knew. He then explained the differences between bikes, their material, the brake system, etc., and made some sound recommendations based on my budget and comfort level. During the process, I appreciated how Jeff did not leave me to help other customers who were waiting around. Instead, he asked someone else to assist. This made me feel appreciated as a customer. He then walked around the store with me to pick the bike accessories that I would need to have a successful, pleasurable, and safe ride. All of his recommendations were spot on! I never felt like I was walking around with a "salesperson" who is trying to increase my shopping list. Instead, he actively listened to me when I talked and based his recommendations on that.
Thomas then called me and took accepted my payment over the phone. Thomas was very professional and personable. When I visited the store to pick up my bike he shared some tips with me on how to practice clipping on/off prior to riding on the road. He even recommended some biking routes!
Finally, Craig came into the picture and assisted me with finding the right mountain biking shoes (believe it or not he even taught me how to properly wear them!) and helped me practice clipping on/off. He was very courteous and never belittled my lack of knowledge in riding street bikes. He also helped me carry my bike back to my car and taught me how to safely place it in my trunk.
This was a great experience! I went biking yesterday for the first time on the road bike (I knew how to ride a mountain bike but I've always been scared of street bikes) and all the accessories were in their perfect spot and mounted properly. I would definitely recommend this store the service was amazing and the crew made my riding experience much better.
Thank you, Jeff, Thomas, and Craig!

Customer service is always excellent.
Great service….
Came in just before closing looking for an item but didn’t know the exact size i needed. Whoever helped me, think his name was greg, helped me find what i needed. Great customer service especially since the shop was about to close.
I don’t get excited about Trek products despite being happy with the Fuel EX i owned several years ago. However the folks at Jax Fullerton are always super friendly and helpful when I visit for other products, most recently tires.
Service.
