No one sold me a sales pitch. That was the best thing ever. I got a flat on the back of my e-bike. I was scared to mess around with it. Looked you up, and I liked that I had my own options instead of forced suggestions. The service team helped tremendously. Held my bike overnight while it was repaired. 10/10 looking to come back very soon. Keep that lifetime “bullet proof” tire lining. I’ll be back for that.

I was very happy that you could service my ebike (bought elsewhere) because I live close by, and it's hard to arrange transportation for my bike when it needs service. I had a flat and needed some brake work and other maintenance. The service was so fast and thorough, and my bike was ready 48 hours later! Jesse was very helpful, and everyone I dealt with was friendly.
Jeff was very informative & explained everything.A new bike chain was put on quickly and I was on my way! I will return to have a more in depth cleaning and tune up. Thank you Jax bikes!
