The staff at Jax Bicycle Center couldn't be more helpful. They know everything there is to know about bike and repairing them. They serviced a 10+ year old bike and it's working like new. I can't say enough nice things about them. Highly recommend.

They have a good selection of products, and they helped me with an 'off' request...a screw fell out of each of my cleats on my shoes, and they gave me a couple to replace them! I appreciated that. Having tire pumps to use is a nice service, too. They are looking out for the cycling community.

I was on the way to Tour de Palm Spring on a Friday afternoon, and while loading my bike in the car I saw one of the cables shredded. I took a risk and started driving, started looking for a bike shop in Temecula. Luck would have it, I came across Jax Bicycle Center, I walked in with my Bike and Jeff ( Great person) asked what I need, I told him what was happening to my bike , he took my bike, fixed it and sent me on my way. All of this in 30 minutes WOW. Great Service, Friendly Peeps and wished we had one of these shops in S.D.
