I have been taking my bike to get serviced by Jax for over 10 years. They're very attentive with your needs and how to help.
Paul greeted me first upon entering the Bike Store. He was courteous and gracious, and learning my need, immediately introduced me to Will. Will explained in detail the path to getting my gifted bike if proper, full functioning order. He did just that. within several hours, I received communication that my bike had been fully serviced and ready for pickup.
I would highly recommend to my friends, business colleagues, neighbors to go to JAX for any and all bicycle needs.

I like that your staff treats me respectfully, even though I am not a hard-core rider or bike enthusiast. Anecdotally, my husband used to patronize your HB location, however, his interaction with the staff was repeatedly dismal. There is such a difference in tone between the employees at the Irvine location - where I am always pleased with the service - and those who work at the HB location.

David & Don are always SUPER helpful with my bike related needs. This visit, my car was unfortunately broken into as they were helping me to remove my son’s bike. David tried to chase down the car unsuccessfully. He assisted with the police report after & did what he could.
