I work at Circle K across the street and I recommend all my customers, that Jack’s bicycle center is the way to go. I have always loved this place, but once I noticed how committed to customer service and epic treatment of bikes, the store has, I came to love it even more. Everyone is friendly, very knowledgeable, and always ready to give a helping hand. It’s obvious that everyone in the store is pretty much family to one another and it shows. They make you feel welcome as a customer and they take care of your Bike as if they understand that for many of us, our bikes are our babies. We love them. And they respect that. I can’t recommend this place enough.

Warm, friendly, and caring are words that I will use to try to describe what I experienced when I brought my troubled bike in for diagnostics services. I was very pleased with the customer service at Jax Bicycle Center San Clemente. They were very friendly and had my bike ready in only two days!
