The Jax Laguna Niguel shop is my go-to shop- super knowledgeable staff, great selection of bikes and parts, and the best repair service in Orange County. They just did a brake service - brake bleed and new pads installed. They've also done my Fork fluids & seals, derailleur cable and tuning, and installed Cushcore inserts with Maxxis tires. They did expert quality work and explained everything that needed to be done, thanks!

Johnny at Laguna Niguel was helpful and informative with my many questions as a newcomer to cycling. I also appreciated his approach to presenting various options and price points for gears. Finally, he took time to show me necessary skills such as replacing a tire tube and inflating tires.
Everyone worked real hard to get my bike ready for the next day and in such short notice as well. Great customer service and really valuable expertise.
