I went to Jax and told me all that was wrong with my bike in 10 minutes took about a week to get it all fixed considering there was a lot of stuff wrong with my bike. After I tested it and everything ran smoothly and felt like I bought a new bike
Friendly and helpful staff. Never that busy. Fixed up my wife and my bikes - they look almost new! A little expensive for the tune on my hard tail mtb which is why I didn’t give a 10-star rating.

Had my 7-yr-old Trek Verve 2 into the Laguna Niguel store for a tuneup that required some parts replacement ... front chain ring, crank, chain ... and new tires. End result was a bike that felt like new. As always the repair guys were courteous and professional, including Braxton.
