This bike shop is great! I am new to the area and brought in my e-bike for service before a trip to do a lot of riding. Jax’s techs found more problems than I expected so needed to keep it longer. When I explained I needed it back before my trip, they “double teamed” it and got it repaired in time for my trip. They even showed me some great places to ride close to Temecula. Great service!!!

I brought in a tire /rim and a new tube because I had two flats on the same tire in two weeks. I wanted it checked to see if I missed something. Your tech checked the rim and tire and all looked fine,. He put everything back on.(good job) I went to the cashier and she told me it would be $17.00. The inspection took less than 10 minutes. I left with no new parts. The hourly rate must be high !!!!!

Excellent service! The team quickly diagnosed the issue with my Trek e-bike, adjusted the gears perfectly, and made sure everything runs smoothly. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff — I definitely recommend this shop for any repairs or tune-ups.
The service was very quick, and all the staff were spoke to were communicative and friendly.
One of the bikes we wanted was in inventory. The other was shipped by the next day. Both Braxton (manager) and Joe were extremely helpful, patient, and responsive. They took us through everything we would need, helped us choose products, and then had them on our bikes by the next day. When we picked up the bikes, they fit them to us, taught us how to use various parts and products (Thule bike rack, lights, etc) and saw us on our way. A VERY good experience and one I would recommend to others.
