Jax employees are friendly, helpful and knowledgable. I have gone into other bike shops and almost felt ignored. Not at Jax. They also are reliable and communicate if there are any issues with the service on your bike. My bike has always been ready as promised. Many times sooner.
They are also willing to special order items if they do not carry it in stock. I have been cycling for 30 years and tried other shops and Jax is best for me.
