I called the Long Beach store to confirm a part was in stock for my road bike after i saw it on your website. The employee, Manny, checked your inventory and confirmed it was on hand. He took the time to find it and I went in to buy it. Good phone service and he was helpful and friendly at checkout too. A couple of weeks ago, I needed a road tire and got good service from a different employee on the phone and in the store but I have forgotten her name.
There was a time when JAX Long Beach was the absolute last bike shop I would go to for my cycling needs because the staff had an indifferent attitude towards customers and would rather chat amongst themselves. That was a common feeling amongst cyclists. It appears things have changed. That's a good thing. I'll be back.

I bought a bike for my grandson who is 5. We wanted a bike for him to transition from little boy bike to big kid bike. They were very helpful and patient with his mind changing every few minutes. Thank You!
Very pleased with service. Dropped by on a busy Saturday to buy some grips and had them installed in ~20min. My wife and I were back on the bikes with little time lost.
