The crew is always very helpful. Yesterday, I went in for a broken spoke and came out with the piece having got the expert attention of a service fellow. I do the installation myself so there was not much profit for the shop. Nonetheless, they helped me.

The floor person pumped up my tires because I'd had no luck at home. Since they held air it meant my floor pump was shot so I picked up a new one at a pleasant price. I was riding 20 minutes later.
The bicycle sales and technicians were very patient and experienced. They helped me choose the right bike for me and adjusted it according to my body proportions.

Hi. I bought my first bike, a Trek x-caliber at the Laguna Niguel store around 2015. Nice bike, however the guy who helped me steered me wrong. I wanted 3 things in a new bike. I got 1 - good brakes. The frame was too short which was not cool and the fork was crappy. 10,000 miles later, water under the bridge. The staff there today was excellent! Braxton, what a great guy! I just want to buy bikes from him and send him gift cards. I have a pretty good BS detector. He dealt with me with the utmost integrity and treated me well and gained my trust. The rest of the staff was great, Nick, Joe, and Johnny. They were all very helpful during my pursuit and multiple visits, along with Jeff Sisk from the Long Beach, Bellflower store. I probably wouldn't have bought a bike if it wasn't for Jeff. Great guy! That store is by my work. The Laguna Niguel store is 3 miles from my house and there's less sales tax! Sorry Jeff. I have wanted a Slash since 2015, finally got one but better - a Slash with a motor. Nicest bike I have ever ridden!! Hope I can rehab and level up into the monster rider the bike deserves.

Very pleased. I brought my Trek FX5 in for a 1,000 mile check. Thought that the Peak service would be needed. Got a call from the shop saying that the basic service only was warranted based on the initial inspection. The chain was recommended for replacement
I was very pleased that the service recommended was less than I had expected. When my car is in shop I am always expecting to be told that much more “work” ($$) is needed.
So being told that I need less service was “huge”. I can’t say enough about how highly I regard their techs and service. I’ve am a customer since 2001 when I bought my 5200 (US Posal) bike and have always found Fullerton and now Yorba Linda shops to be reliable and trustworthy. Kudos!!!
