Nick did an awesome job of walking me through what needed to be done regarding the service needed on my bike. I appreciated his honesty and professionalism. There was another man working there who assisted and was very kind in welcoming me to the service center in the store. I can’t remember his name? Both should receive recognition for their help and direction for maintenance needs on my 34 year old Raleigh Mountain Bike. Definitely would shop there and have my bike serviced at Jax again.
