The mechanics are the best in the business.
When I dropped off my bike for repair, I was told it would take 3 days to be ready (longer than I have experienced in the past at this shop). By the end of the third day, I had received no notification, so I called and it became apparent they had not started any repair on it yet. They told me the bike would be ready after only 30 mins. When I got there it took them a while to find my bike, and it turned out it was actually sitting outside. When I rode my bike away, the seat just fell off! They must have tried to adjust it and didn't secure it properly. I had to bike all the way home without a seat.
While it seems that the repair itself was fine (although it is too soon to say much about it), the service could be better.

Didn’t disappoint had a fine experience
Great service, took a little longer than expected. Dropped off on Sunday and not ready till Friday but great work and I can't complain.

A larger selection of bikes, accessories and apparel. Lots of bike mechanics working on bikes.
I ordered a part to the store.
Not sure if there's a way the clerk could know what is in the box. Maybe offer to help install or offer that service
