Fast, competent, reasonably priced service department
The customer service is amazing! Adam and Jay were so great in helping my 7 year old daughter pick out a bike. They were so kind to her and made the whole experience awesome. I truly couldn't have asked for anything better. This is the second bike my family has purchased from Helen's and I wouldn't ever think about going somewhere else. Thanks guys, we will be back!

I highly recommend this shop as well for services repairs even if your bike is not from their shop, price & services are fair & excellent. Last all employees are above & beyond. It’s a place you can trust, like a good Family.

Helen's has been my go-to bike shop for 30 years. The service crew is superb. They are attentive, do great work, offer excellent advice, and turn around repairs quickly — often while I wait. As for bikes and other items, I always find what I need. I could wish for a better selection of helmets, but that's nitpicking. Helen's has really earned my loyalty.

I've been a customer for over 30 years. This is the go to store for all things bike. Jay runs a tight ship with great personnel and superior products. Helen's is legacy.
After my tune up I found the front wheel was not centered and the headset was slightly loose. Maybe needs a QA step before completing.
Your bike services deserve a 10. But I’d give you a 6 in sales. Your bikes are priced too high for the average serious cyclist and your sales people start by pitching the bike they want to cell instead of starting with what the customer is looking to buy.

rental bike was awesome -- high quality Cannondale bike. Adam was knowledgeable and helped me plan the route.
You guys do great work but are just too expensive. $65 to replace a couple of spokes and true up the wheel is just too much!
The guy who seems to run the shop in SM is a douche bag. Felt unwelcome and belittled after my conversation with him. Everyone else was actually pretty cool but will not be returning.
