I had to bring my bike back 2 times for things that were forgot to be done durring maintance. I had a whole new drive train put in but they forgot to replace the jockey wheels. Then when they did repalce them they didnt grease them so they squeaked a lot so i had to bring it back in to get lubed. would have been nice for it all to be done on the first go, but the team was very nice helping me to the end solution of a new drive train for my bike.

The item was not available for pickup after I ordered and paid for it online.
I had to wait almost an hour while they searched. In the end they couldn’t find it and issued me a refund. All this time I felt unwelcome and as if I was intruding. It was the most inefficent hour of my life.
The mechanic who fixed my bike was a beast. I think his name was Luis possibly but I could be mistaken. He got everything done in like 1 hour
