I met Jay yesterday for the first time having trav over from the UK. As an Elite Masters Cyclist with numerous races in Europe on the horizon I needed a top end road bike to train on whilst here and Jay not only dealt with supplying me with one it was a Pinarello F which I race on at home. Furthermore, he took me to a meeting and my hotel later with the bike. Best customer service I’m encountered. Will promote Helen’s to my fellow racers when I get home so they know where to go to in LA
The service is the best and the people are the most helpful. Moved away from the area and hadn't been back in awhile. They actually remembered me from over 5 plus years. They provided great work at a very reasonable rate.

Wilbert is the best! Luv going back to Helen’s, it was where I started 12 years ago falling in love w long distance cycling.
Yesterday, I got the Ultra-Tune-up and, as usual, they did a very thorough job and made my bicycle look new again. They finished my tune-up the same day that I dropped off my bike. When I got home, two neighbors noticed the bike and how it looked like new and said they should probably take their bikes to Helen's as well.

I've purchased several bicycles over the years at Helens. The Helens team is excellent! I really appreciate the diverse inventory of a broad array of excellent bicycles. I've always had pleasant experiences with the sales staff. The service personnel are excellent. Check them out! You'll be pleasantly surprised.

Whenever I bring my bike in the staff immediately diagnoses the problem and usually has it fixed within a day. Everyone is friendly n accommodating. Edgar is really great with any repair and Greg is very helpful too and both Guys are really nice. Very satisfied with the service. Jeannie
Everyone in the store is helpful and friendly.
I came in with my 4 year old needing help with sizing in his first real bike. Johnny was so great with him and me - made him feel comfortable trying out all the bikes and walked me through all the options. There was no pressure, just fun and guidance as we figured the right bike for him. We left with an awesome bike plus streamers and a basket. We’re both thrilled.

Helen's was my first pick for renting a bike over the weekend since it's local. Adam was incredibly helpful making sure that the flat kit was in place and offering extra air for the rental.
I rode from LA to LV on the bike with no issues at all. I myself own a supersix and it was fun to ride the green colorway!

Very pleased with how easy it was to deal with all the staff including Cameron and Jay. I would have liked to have had some assembly instructions sent with the bike, but overall the team at Helen's were fantastic!
