I always love to visit helen’s and the people are always friendly. This time however I had a bike that was being shipped on June 16th and wasn’t shipped until June 22nd. I was told it was packed june 15th and ready to go. I needed it the weekend of June 24th.
Rent a bike for one day, the bike is good and comfortable for ride.
The staff is kind and helpful.
Recomend bike rental to enjoy the manhattan beach and sorounding.

Easy Mt bike purchase. Brady was helpful in showing my daughter several different models she was interested in in her price range. Bike she chose was set up quickly. They have a good selection of bikes and accessories.
Terrific service on my bike
I would not think of servicing our bikes elsewhere. For over 30 years we have been able to count on Helen's. Wilber gets an A+.

you carry the nutritional products i use for triathlons.
a slight hitch in servies: when i came in two days ago to buy a bag of nutritional powder i gave my phone number to get my LA tri club discount. the cashier said it was not current---it showed 2017 as last current---and did i have recent proof of membership. i was stunned. i have steadily been a member since the beginning of the club, and as of january 2020 or 20 i have been made a lifetime member. this has been reflected in all of my purchases, including one a couple of months ago, i think. for the very same nutritional powder.
i am not doubting that the cashier saw what the computer brought up, but it incorrect and recently so. i'll be very appreciative if you'll see about this and fix it.

They always greet you right away and they will try to accommodate you even if you don't have an appointment. They are honest and fair and have a great selection.
The staff at Helen's MB is both knowledgeable and friendly. They do not have a know it all attitude that I have seen at other shops, and provide good advice.
Helen's Manhattan Beach is the best of the Helen's the staff is always friendly and helpful in all ways. I ordered some things that they did not have and it showed up in a timely manner and I was called when it arrived!

I think Helen's is great, and I really appreciate the attentive service that Monty provides.
Ian was my salesperson. I started communicating with him knee the phone and he was very responsive, thorough and excellent at gritting back to me with answers to my questions with a call back. When I arrived to pick up my bike he was very informative on how it works, tricks of the trade and upgrades/ other options to think about as I get more comfortable with the bike. Just a great experience from start to finish.
