Right from the beginning, when I purchased my Giant Contend AR-1, Travis Lee has been an outstanding person to deal with. There was a delay in shipment of my bike for about 2 months but Travis kept be appraised of the whole situation so I never felt abandoned. In this day and age, in my experience, has very seldom happened. He even communicated by email on weekend when he was involved in a big race he was competing in. Ordered a new front derailleur for a bike I'm getting rid of and it took longer than it was supposed to for the part to come in and for me to be notified of its arrival, but to make up for the wait they installed and adjusted it immediately when I went in to pick it up instead of having me wait the 4 days or so they initially quoted for install. When places make up for little inconveniences like these even without complaints or having to be asked to you know they care about customer satisfaction.

I have been to the store for service work and test rides of ebikes. Staff was very helpful and no sales pressure. It took a year, but finally purchased 2 Trek Rail 7's from your store after renting and test riding several brands from other bike shops. Unfortunately, the first day riding my new bike I damaged my rear derailleur. I called the service department and spoke to Josh. Josh took excellent care of me. The replacement part was ordered and my bike was repaired in 4 days. I was very happy with the response by the service department. Both Josh and Ian deserve kudos for their follow through.

I left my wallet at home and unfortunately Apple Pay was not supported at the store, but the folks at Folsom Bike went above and beyond to make it easier for me by allowing me to make my purchase on a "lay-away" and pay later via phone. Thanks guys! The customer orientation is much appreciated!
