Everything! Beginning with Travis Lee who I purchased my bike from. Arrived in the store awhile ago just to look around and after talking with Travis I was sold on both the store and the product. Since that day my feelings have not changed. Although I personally only dealt with Travis I feel I could deal with any of the others and get the same service. I just like staying with the same person in situations like this. The store has nothing but a positive feeling to it and the employees make it feel that way.
Helpful knowledgeable and just nice to work with while trying to choose bicycles that where right for my wife and I. They were helpful when it came to adjusting the bike to fit me. They know how to accessorize the bike nicely but not over done. overall a good experience.

Extremely helpful. Wait time was a little longer than we were told, but everything else above and beyond. Spent more than planned but feel it was worth it. Really appreciated the knowledge, patience and overall customer service of the employees that helped us.

I always like dealing with the employees in your shop. And I always try to buy all my bike supplies to go along with the bike I purchased there. I do not want to purchase items on line and figure that paying extra is necessary to keep such an excellent shop around. But . . . I purchased Assos Chamois Creme and at $29.99 it was more than 50% higher than on line. I would suggest you check to keep that profit margin a bit closer to the prices on-line. You won't lose me, but you will probably lose other customers. Thanks.
