I was at your shop yesterday and was struck by how much your operations have been burdened by the (necessary) restrictions needed to keep people safe from the coronavirus. It also looked more stressful for the employees and I hope the customers are understanding and not rude. I hope you’re paying them hazard pay!

Andrew was great with his knowledge and understanding of what I was looking for in a road bike. The experience is a little different and probably more chaotic due to COVID-19 but you wouldn’t have known that by the teams ability to keep everyone informed and acknowledging each and every customer that is waiting.

Can’t say enough about the fantastic service we received from Scott and crew! He took care of me from start to finish. Had a deal set up for a bike in Chico. Shop said they were open on 4th of July with restricted hours. Show up at open, no one there. Hop on the internet find same bike down at Folsom Bike, called Scott, told him our eta. He said they were open until 2, but he wouldn’t hesitate to hang around to make sure I was able to pick up my bike. Got the bike tuned and setup over the phone for me while I was in route. Scott went above and beyond sending me pics over the phone of the bike, knowing the long drive ahead. He even had some grips and pedals put on for me ahead of time.
Can’t say enough about the customer service from all at the shop. Very helpful and informative for a new to the scene guy like me. Wish you guys were up in Redding!

It's been a while since we were last in Folsom Bike (Folsom location), and our most recent visit did not disappoint. We were happy to see Travis is still working there, and we were excited to meet Andrew. Folsom Bike has a great group of employees, they are extremely helpful and always help take care of our needs.
Travis was very knowledgeable and helpful in helping me pick out a new road bike for my wife. A Pleasurable exercise with no pressure and Excellent customer service.

Great customer service they provided before I even became a customer there. They fixed my bike chain quickly and for free. I got a flat tire on my ride the following day and chose to give them my business for new tires, tubes and co2 canisters. I would definitely recommend them. Efficient and friendly service!
