Slower service due to the COVID-19 protocols but I was really impressed with the quality of the bike rentals. I received a nice hybrid mountain bike which was fairly light and well maintained. I’m glad I didn’t receive a worn out 10 year old bike which weighed a lot.

I love that I walk into the store in El Dorado Hills, and your crew knows me. They know my bike, they know how I ride. I like that I can explain what I think I need and they bring their experiences to the table and help me figure out what I really do need. On my most recent visit it was simple, I needed a chain replaced. I had already ridden that day, and had plans to ride the rest of the weekend. Ian was able to take care of me and get it installed pretty quickly. Meanwhile Patrick and I chatted about bikes. If you all had beer on tap I'd never spend money anywhere else!
Alot of people go there so that tells me the reputation and quality must be good.
A big thank you to Wilson for his help and recommendation on a bike for my daughter. Thanks to Drew for the great service in the shop, and getting her fitted for the bike.

I called in advance to see whether the store had an item in stock. The team member was cheerful, professional, and quickly told me the item was in stock and gave the price. The next morning, I arrived at the store, was greeted at the door (wearing my cloth mask), and completed the sale within a few minutes. Great customer service!

Put a online order to pick up in store on a Saturday figure would not hear from them till the next day. Not only did i hear from them close to hour later but my purchase was ready. Let me do the repair i need but it let mr get on the trail on Sunday.

I've been to Folsom Bike quite a few times over the last couple months (and years) and I'm super grateful that the store has stayed open throughout the pandemic and tolerated the grumpy monkeys forced to wait in an orderly line outside (true "first-world problems"). Every visit, I noticed the staff, while helping a customer, were always hustling and then quick to move on to the next all while remaining pleasant, even cheerful. I had placed orders over the phone for pickup a couple times and both Andrew and Travis were again, very pleasant, helpful and I didn't feel rushed despite several questions (I'm sure they had a line outside).
Folsom Bikes is directly responsible for keeping me riding through all the craziness, and I'm very certain I would have gone certifiably mad without you! I hope this note makes it to management and they spread the word that I for one think you're all great!!

From the moment that I approach the bike shop. I was ask to wait at the door. Till an assistant was available to help me fine the perfect bike. That will meet my needs. The worker went beyond there customer service. Threw the entire visit it was nothing but the best. I had the best experience. I will recommend anybody that is looking for a bike. Fulsome fulsome bikes was very helpful step-by-step offered to give me advice on bikes when their stock had been depleted. I went somewhere else to get my bike and that shop has failed to do their job so I will be bringing my bike to Folsom bikes for servicing and will continue to buy my supplies and accessories at Folsom bike. Tyler has been a great help at your store and a couple of the other sales people
