Staff was awesome from greeting us on a busy weekend to providing us with a great buying experience. We ended up with 1 bike from the Folsom FB store and another from the EDH FB store.
We went to 3 other stores. All which were very good but it came down to Folsom Bike had better staff, better experience and it is our opinion the Trek bikes were the best choice.

customer service at both Folsom bike location is the best in Sacramento. I will only shop at theses two store because of Andrew at the Folsom location and Melanie at EDH. from the second i walk in the door its the best. i hope they keep all the employees when it changes to Trek. thank you for being so awesome.
I like that there is a low pressure to purchase anything. And, if I have questions about anything, the staff members are ready to help explain.
