You folks are wonderful! Our first experience when ordering our bikes was with K and he is incredible. When we went to pick up our bikes and get the accessories I believe it was Travis who helped us. Like K Travis is fantastic. He spent so much time with us making sure we got everything we needed. We realize that during these trying times everyone is stressed especially those businesses like Folsom Bike who were able to remain open. We could tell folks were stressed but it did not detract from the professionalism we received.
It is a pleasure coming to your store and you can rest assured you have lifetime customers with us!

I respect and appreciate how the shop is following the public health guidelines. I observed a staff politely but firmly remind a customer who entered without wearing a mask that masks were required. I was assisted by Josh B., who is outstanding. Very professional, knowledgeable and personable. He has assisted me before and is the main reason I shop at Folsom Bike. He sets the customer service bar very high.

Everything was excellent. The guy at the desk was super helpful and friendly.
Wilson was very helpful in making sure I selected the right bike - I felt very “taken care of”- like I was part of the Folsom Bike family. Price point was very reasonable and my bike arrived a week earlier than expected. When we went to pick it up, Travis helped fit my brother on the bike and explained everything he needed to know about the care and usage of the new bike. He took extra time to help with helmet selection and gave him ideas for ‘beginner’ routes. This is why I shop here (and send my friends here)- they go above and beyond to provide excellent products and services. They always exceed expectations!!

Everyone was friendly and helpful prior to scheduling my appointment. The bike looks great. Also gave me a free visual bike fit right as store was closing!
I had an issue with communication about when my bike was supposed to be done. I was told when I dropped it off to come back next day; was not told to expect phone call. When I came the first day I was told “ too many walk-ins so my bike wasn’t looked at yet”. I was a little frustrated since I had scheduled an appointment specifically on a Monday based on my work schedule and this also meant I had to make the hour round trip drive twice to pick up my bike. Otherwise very happy with service! Just wanted to let make sure the communication is clear for others as well.
TRAVES WAS GREAT! From the information, he gave me on the telephone the day before I came into the store; to putting the bike on the car as I left, he was helpful, knowledgeable, & really had a nice demeanor. Which continued after I got there the next day. You had the Townie Step-through in stock that I was interested in, albeit not exactly the color I wanted but after riding it around in the parking lot I really liked the way it handled & it was the right size so I bought it.
You had a lot of other bike inventory which is re-assuring as two Trek stores, one in Carmichael, the other in Sacramento hadn't much of anything & the Charmichael store said if I ordered it wouldn't be available until October. Bummer, I would have lost the entire summer!
You have a lovely store but I must say your accessories are a bit higher priced than the surrounding stores. I'm referring to a pair of sox I purchased down the sidewalk. They were similar but your soxs were $4.00 more so I backed off of other bike accessories for that reason. I still need a bottle holder & a speedometer so I'll buy those somewhere else.

I have been very satisfied with sales staff and service staff. Other LBSs have tried to up sell me when I bring my bike in for service. I like that Folsom Bike carries a large variety of brands of bikes and accessories. I feel like I get personalized service.

Not counting the COVID-19 bike supply shortage, there is typically a really good selection of bikes. There are also a large assortment of accessories and the staff are always courteous.

We appreciate you making our daughter Quinn’s day with her new bike. Andrew was amazing and even though the bike was not yet put together he got it done within hours. My parents picked up the bike for us and Andrew even gave them a lunch recommendation (food was great)! The customer service was amazing! A few weeks after our purchase we received a surprise gift from Folsom Bikes! Even though we are about an hour and a half from the store we will 100% make all future purchases through Folsom Bikes. Your kindness has earned lifelong customers!
