I actually referred you to three different people in the 24 hours since I've been at your store.
Simply put, yours is the best run Bike store in the region. I've gotten all my bikes & gear from you in the past and purchased a specialized brand from another store because I wanted that particular model and was told you do not carry that brand. It was a terrible experience and they didn't even adjust the bike properly. I was injured the first time I used it. Your team helped me out And made it really beautiful experience just like it's always been historically.
I wish I would have blown off the brand that I purchased elsewhere because having had a terrible experience really puts a damper on having the new bike. You guys fixed it for me and made it safe and made sure I was OK and really genuinely cared about me and my safety and my experience in your store in the middle of a rotten pandemic.
