I called the shop to confirm inventory and staff was very helpful answering my questions. We headed down to the shop shortly after the call, on Monday July 5th, a holiday for many people. When we arrived the shop was very busy and the staff was working hard to meet the needs of all the customers. They greeted us and told us they would be with us as soon as they could. Once they had a minute, Travis introduced himself and I let him know the 3 bikes we were interested in to test ride and compare. Travis had excellent advise and was very patient has my wife test rode all three. Each bike was set up for her size and weight and Travis did not rush us to make a decision. We left very satisfied with our purchase and the excellent customer service at Folsom Bike. In addition, the barista in the coffee shop was friendly, hard working and courteous.

Travis was a great representative of your company, great service. I would have, however, liked to have had the tech check the front wheel, which was loose, and the front rotor was rubbing. I asked to have the the reflectors and the cog plastic guard removed witch was not done.

I have worked in bike shops and in the industry most of my life. Your prices are a little high but your staff is awesome. I would pay a little extra to be helped by people that are awesome!

Super friendly and quality bike rental. Wife & I rented on Saturday in July 2021. Trek bikes were in excellent working condition, helmets were clean and comfotable. Travis and others helped us plan a route, set our seat height & helped us have a very pleasant ride.

I visited both locations. The EDH store was closer to me so I visited them first. I wish I could remember the gentleman’s name that helped me. I told him I was new to EDH and what I was looking for in a new bike. He knew right away which bike would be right for me. Unfortunately, they didn’t have it in store but the Folsom location did. I visited them the next day and brought my wife and three boys. They got me set up with the bike that was recommended- a Giant Fathom 1. I loved the bike and “K” took the time to break down differences in price and specs vs other bikes. We got all the accessories fitted and put on and then K and Andrew helped locate a Trek bike for my 2 year old(his first bike!). The entire staff was friendly, patient, and very knowledgeable. I am so happy with my purchases and will be back for my other boys and wife too!
