Dez was very friendly, great customer service. He took the time to explained to me and my wife about the differences between the two different kind of mountain bikes and components. He also went out of his way to have the mechanic set up to our heights and weights differences to have us test ride one of the mountain bike.

I called ahead to see if they had a derailleur hanger in stock. I was very fortunate that they did. I asked the service associate to put it on hold for me. I arrived about an hour after I called. It was there waiting for me. Folsom bike saved my weekend ride.
